Plan
Based on your needs, we develop a tailored approach—whether that’s a specific training, a series of sessions, or a more comprehensive workforce development program.
You’ll receive a clear, written proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment.
Launch
Once approved, we coordinate next steps including scheduling, enrollment, and any necessary setup (such as platform configuration or program onboarding).
Our team works closely with you to ensure a smooth and efficient start.
Deliver & Support
Training is delivered by experienced facilitators, with ongoing support to ensure participants stay engaged and make progress.
For organizational programs, we provide reporting and insights to help leadership track participation and outcomes.
A Few Practical Notes
Travel
On-site training includes travel billed at cost (mileage, and when needed, flights and accommodations), always itemized in advance
Rescheduling
Sessions can typically be rescheduled with advance notice
Cancellations
Cancellation terms will be outlined as part of your agreement

We make on-site professional development seamless. For organizations located across the Greater Philadelphia and Delaware Valley region, we offer three clear, mid-market travel structures designed to fit your budget and compliance preferences.
$1,500 facilitator fee per day plus Direct Reimbursement
